Terms and Conditions
Stardust Education Limited — Last updated: 14 August 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our Services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of mobile applications, games, websites and related digital products and services developed, published or operated by Stardust Education Limited (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading, accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account, purchase a subscription or use our Services.
1. About Us
The Services are provided by Stardust Education Limited (“Stardust Education”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company name: Stardust Education Limited
- Company number: 16244450
- Registered office: 18A Kingsend, Ruislip, England, HA4 7DA
- Customer support: customerservices@stardustedu.com
2. Our Services
Stardust Education develops and provides educational mobile applications, games and related digital services designed primarily to help children learn, practise and develop their knowledge and skills.
Our Services may include educational activities, games, assessments, personalised learning experiences, progress tracking and other educational features.
The particular features and functionality available may differ between our Services and may change as our products develop.
These Terms apply generally to all Services provided by Stardust Education Limited unless we expressly state that separate or additional terms apply to a particular Service.
Where additional terms are presented for a particular Service, feature, promotion or subscription, those additional terms will apply alongside these Terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms will apply to that particular Service, feature, promotion or subscription.
3. Parents and Guardians
Our Services are primarily designed for use by children. However, where an account or subscription is required, it must be created, managed and purchased by an adult parent or legal guardian unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular Service.
The legal agreement under these Terms is therefore between Stardust Education Limited and the adult parent or legal guardian who creates or manages the account, purchases a subscription or otherwise agrees to these Terms.
If you permit a child to use our Services through your account, you are responsible for supervising their use of the Services and ensuring that they use them appropriately and in accordance with these Terms.
Children should not purchase subscriptions or provide payment information themselves.
References to “you” and “your” in these Terms generally mean the adult parent or legal guardian responsible for the relevant account or subscription.
4. Creating and Managing an Account
Certain Services or features may require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
Where our Services allow one or more child profiles to be associated with a parent or guardian account, you are responsible for the profiles created and managed under your account.
You should not allow another adult to use your account without your permission.
If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, please contact us at customerservices@stardustedu.com.
5. Permission to Use Our Services
Subject to these Terms, Stardust Education Limited grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use our Services for personal and non-commercial educational purposes.
You may permit children for whom you are responsible to use our Services through your account.
You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit access to our Services unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Educational Purpose
Our Services are intended to support children’s learning and development.
We aim to provide educational content that is useful, age-appropriate and accurate. However, our Services are intended to support education rather than replace teaching, professional educational assessment or advice from a school, teacher or other educational professional.
Every child learns differently and at a different pace. We therefore cannot guarantee that use of our Services will result in any particular educational outcome, school grade, assessment result or level of achievement.
Progress information, scores and assessments provided through our Services are intended as learning tools and indicators of activity and performance within the relevant Service. They should not be treated as formal educational assessments.
7. Subscriptions
Some of our Services or features may require a paid subscription.
The available subscription options, prices, subscription periods and any introductory offers will be displayed before you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions purchased within one of our mobile applications may be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorised application marketplace, depending on the device and Service you are using.
Where a subscription is purchased through an application marketplace, the purchase will also be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of that marketplace.
A subscription may apply only to the particular Service through which it was purchased unless we expressly state that the subscription provides access to additional Stardust Education Services.
8. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
We may offer eligible customers free trials, discounted introductory periods or other promotional offers.
The duration and conditions of any offer, together with the subscription price that will apply afterwards where relevant, will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.
Where a free trial forms part of an auto-renewing subscription, the subscription will automatically convert to the subscription plan you selected at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel it before the trial ends.
The applicable subscription charge will then be made using the payment method associated with the application marketplace or platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Eligibility for free trials and introductory offers may be determined by us or by the relevant application marketplace and may depend on whether you have previously subscribed to the relevant Service.
9. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may operate on an automatic renewal basis.
Where a subscription automatically renews, this will be made clear before you purchase it.
Unless you cancel an auto-renewable subscription, it will renew at the end of each subscription period in accordance with the subscription terms presented to you when you purchased it.
Where a subscription was purchased through an application marketplace, payment and renewal will normally be administered through the account you hold with that marketplace.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the relevant marketplace or platform in accordance with its procedures.
Cancelling an auto-renewing subscription prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or the applicable marketplace rules, you will normally continue to have access to subscribed features until the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid.
Deleting one of our apps from your device does not automatically cancel a subscription.
10. Prices
The applicable subscription or purchase price will be clearly displayed before you make a purchase.
Prices may vary according to factors including the Service, subscription plan, country, currency, applicable taxes, application marketplace pricing and promotional or introductory offers.
We may change our prices from time to time.
Changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the marketplace or platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Where your agreement to a price change is required, you may be asked to approve the new price before your subscription continues at that price.
11. Payments
Where a purchase or subscription is made through an application marketplace such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by the relevant marketplace rather than directly by Stardust Education Limited.
In those circumstances, Stardust Education Limited does not normally receive or store your complete payment card details.
Payment processing will also be subject to the applicable terms of the relevant marketplace or payment provider.
If we introduce other authorised methods of purchasing our Services in the future, any applicable payment conditions will be clearly presented before you complete your purchase.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription through the account or subscription settings of the marketplace or platform through which you purchased it.
Where a subscription was purchased through an application marketplace, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to that marketplace and will be handled in accordance with its applicable procedures and your legal rights.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or experience a problem with a subscription or purchase, please contact us at customerservices@stardustedu.com, and we will try to assist you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
13. Restoring Purchases
Where supported by the relevant application marketplace or Service, eligible purchases or subscriptions may be restored.
You may need to be signed into the same marketplace account originally used to make the purchase.
The availability of purchase restoration may depend on the type of purchase, Service and application marketplace involved.
14. Acceptable Use
You must use our Services lawfully and appropriately.
You must not:
- use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Services, systems or another person’s account;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of our Services;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;

- use our Services in a manner that infringes our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person;
- impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information;
- use our Services to harass, harm or abuse another person; or
- use our Services in any way that could damage, disable or impair their normal operation.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached.
15. Intellectual Property
Our Services and their content are owned by or licensed to Stardust Education Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, where applicable, our company and product names, branding, software, source code, educational content, questions, games, learning activities, characters, illustrations, artwork, graphics, animations, sounds, music, text, designs and other materials contained within our Services.
Individual product names, logos and characters may also be trademarks or other intellectual property of Stardust Education Limited or its licensors.
Using our Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
Unless expressly permitted by us or by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our Services or their content.
16. Privacy and Children’s Information
Protecting the privacy of parents and children using our Services is important to us.
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our separate Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.
Because our Services are primarily designed for children, we take particular care in relation to children’s personal information.
Where parental consent or authorisation is required for the collection or processing of a child’s personal information, we will take appropriate steps to obtain it.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how long it may be retained and the rights available to you.

17. Third-Party Services
Our Services may rely on or interact with third-party services necessary to provide particular functionality.
These may include operating-system providers, application marketplaces, authentication services, hosting and cloud infrastructure, analytics services and other technology providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for services provided independently by third parties and outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any responsibility we have to you under applicable law.
18. Availability of Our Services
We aim to keep our Services available and operating reliably.
However, we cannot guarantee that every Service will always be available or completely free from interruptions, errors or technical problems.
We may occasionally need to suspend, restrict or modify access for maintenance, security, software updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to minimise disruption.
19. Updates and Changes to Our Services
We may update our Services from time to time.
Updates may be made to:
- add or improve features;
- introduce new educational activities;
- update educational content;
- improve performance;
- fix errors or technical problems;
- maintain compatibility with devices or operating systems;
- improve security;
- comply with legal or regulatory requirements; or
- otherwise develop and improve our Services.
Some updates may alter the appearance, content or functionality of a Service.
We may also introduce new Services or discontinue existing Services or features where reasonably necessary.
Where a material change affects a paid Service or subscription, we will act in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We will not use changes to our Services to remove statutory rights that you have as a consumer.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including where our Services change or where legal, regulatory or application marketplace requirements change.
The current version of these Terms will be published on our website and will display the date on which it was last updated.
If we make a significant change that materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to bring the change to your attention where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
21. Closing or Deleting Your Account
You may stop using our Services at any time.
Where account-deletion functionality is available within a Service, you may use it to request deletion of your account. You may also contact us at customerservices@stardustedu.com if you require assistance.
Deleting an account or removing one of our apps from your device does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
You should separately cancel any active subscription through the marketplace or platform through which it was purchased.
Personal information associated with a deleted account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
22. Suspension or Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of our Services where reasonably necessary, including where:
- there has been a serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
- we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully;
- continued access presents a security risk; or
- we are required to do so by law.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for our action.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
23. Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.
Our Services are provided for personal and non-commercial use. We are therefore not responsible for business losses such as loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or business interruption arising from personal use of our Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
24. Problems With Our Services
If one of our Services does not operate as expected or you experience a problem with an account, subscription or purchase, please contact: customerservices@stardustedu.com
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant Service and investigate the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve problems with our Services.
Your rights in relation to digital content and services are also protected by applicable consumer law. These Terms do not replace or restrict those rights.
25. Feedback
We welcome suggestions and feedback from parents and guardians about our Services.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments or ideas about our Services, you agree that we may use that feedback to develop and improve our products and Services without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not transfer ownership to us of material that you otherwise own.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws applicable where you live.
If you access our Services from outside the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
27. Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint or dispute concerning our Services, please contact us first at customerservices@stardustedu.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and try to resolve the matter.
If we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may pursue any rights and remedies available to you under applicable law.
If you live in England or Wales, proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Consumers living outside the United Kingdom may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where applicable law provides for this.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
29. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or information clearly presented to you in connection with a particular Service, subscription, purchase, promotion or feature, set out the terms governing your use of our Services.
Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
